People often come to me feeling anxious, worried, or wanting to release old patterns and emotions. We will discuss your situation, and I will guide you through the process. Our body holds valuable information. I will encourage you to become aware of your physical sensations to integrate insights. Life experiences and emotions can imprint on our bodies, causing stagnation. Stuck energy and physical tension are never truly stuck. Energy is meant to flow. I will help you connect to the energy of stored emotions to clear blockages. These sessions release what you haven't been able to let go of through language and promote lasting neurobiological change, allowing your inner wisdom, calm, and clarity to emerge. Sessions are 60 minutes $250 USD. 

Some of us are aware of the energy in our spaces and can sense when it's not right. You may feel unsettled about something that has happened in the space. You may be selling or buying a space that needs clearing. Distance space clearing balances the energies in a space, home, or business by clearing the imprints left by past events, occupants, or stagnant, stressed, and intrusive energies to create a harmonious environment. Every space clearing is unique in what it needs to be harmonious. Please send me the address and photo, or the MLS link. We will have a brief pre-clearing phone meeting to discuss the property. Most clearings are $250. Large properties, multiple buildings, or particularly challenging jobs are $500.
