Brainspotting is a transformational experience that allows you to resolve many different topics at an accelerated pace. Brainspotting features various applications, from anxiety and trauma to grief, loss, and stress management. It harnesses your body's natural self-healing ability to dismantle limiting beliefs and negative cognitions at the subconscious level.
Brainspotting uses visual points to access and process distress stored in the body. It helps calm panic, fear, and overwhelming emotions such as anger, grief, shame, and guilt. With Brainspotting, you don't have to go into the details of what happened, making it a particularly gentle way to heal.
Sessions result in feelings of relief, changes in thoughts and behaviors, and new insight. Short-term issues tend to resolve quickly, and long-term patterns require more time.
Some of us are naturally more aware of energy and know when we need help getting it back into alignment. Life patterns can imprint on our energetic, emotional, mental, and physical landscapes. From these experiences, a desire for healing draws us to deeply rooted, energetic practices. Energy systems may be thrown off balance, disrupting the smooth flow of energy and affecting our entire system. The blocking of this energy can unfold in many different ways; we may find ourselves feeling stuck, anxious, detached, or even have physical symptoms such as illness and chronic pain.
With an energetic focus, the temporarily stuck energy has an opportunity to move, offering insight, clearing stagnant patterns, and improving overall well-being. Whether it's you or your space you want help with, energy balancing is done by phone.

It enables you to tend to the root cause of triggers, modify unhelpful thoughts and behavioral patterns, and develop better resilience for the future. Anxiety coaching is not just about the techniques; it's about creating a safe and nonjudgmental space. You can express and resolve concerns, knowing that you are supported every step of the way. Healing the root causes of low self-worth is the best gift you can ever give yourself because your sense of self-worth affects every decision, interaction, and relationship. If you don't know and embody your inherent self-worth, it's not your fault; self-worth issues stem from outside sources. We identify the root causes and use brainspotting to dismantle any patterns, false beliefs, or meanings that have formed. You will learn to be self-compassionate, have better boundaries and less anxiety, and shift your self-talk to align with genuine, authentic, inherent self-worth. Part of the healing happens through the experience of having an attuned, validating therapeutic relationship, which may have been missing for you at crucial points in your life. These sessions are weekly until you embody your authentic essence and inherent worthiness.
I combine brainspotting with coaching to help you regroup after abuse. These sessions allow you to process what happened and the resulting beliefs about yourself, your coping strategies, and the behaviors that emerged from it. For short-term abuse, we will do a few brainspotting sessions and reassess how you are doing. For long-term abuse patterns, you will need to work with me weekly for a longer duration. This work allows you the time and space to reclaim your innate value, rebuild confidence, and clarify your standards. You will learn to effectively embody healthy boundaries and be very clear about the level of treatment you deserve so you can move forward in your life, attracting higher-vibration relationships and experiences.
Being HSP, an empath, or highly attuned is a neurological trait, not a disorder. They make one unusually perceptive and responsive, especially to subtle environmental and social stimuli. It is present in about 20% of the population and over 100 other species. This means that your brain processes more of all stimuli. More mirror neuron activation exists for empathy, self-awareness, emotional meaning, and higher-order cognitive processing. High attunement can be overwhelming due to the volume of information. Being born with the trait comes with its own set of benefits and challenges. We move through the world differently. Our sensibilities perceive subtleties and nuances that most people miss. It can be exhausting. Many of my clients are HSP, and our work together provides a pathway for better boundaries, lifestyle balance, well-being, and improved resiliency, particularly for those experiencing stress, anxiety, and dysregulation. Sessions help you create your unique formula to thrive while balancing your nervous system through subcortical processing and therapeutic co-regulation. These sessions are done weekly until you are regulated and confident in your management plan.
