Working with a limited number of clients each month, I offer a personalized approach to transforming your situation. I’ll guide you through the process. Sessions are tailored to your needs and go beyond understanding your situation and addressing its root cause. They empower you to take the reins of your journey. This safe space is designed to help you regulate your nervous system, expand your inner calm and authenticity, and equip you with the tools to navigate your life confidently. 

Cancellations

If you need to change your appointment time or cancel, please notify me within 24 hours so I can offer the session to another client.   

Billing

Payments for individual Zoom sessions are due before a scheduled session.  Billing is via Venmo, PayPal, cash, and personal checks.   

60-minute session/$250. 

75-minute session/$300. 

Appointments are online and in Ketchum, Idaho
